Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Maaji pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original hygiene liners and tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Ensure all Maaji tags and protective liners are intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
